Kindly receive the unopposed divorce roll and the link attached herein before Acting Judge Oosthuizen-Senekal for the 05 August 2022.

Please note the following:

1. The hearing of all unopposed divorces will be conducted virtually on Microsoft Teams.
2. Court proceedings will commence at 10:00 am.
3. Parties must upload their Draft Orders and Practice Notes by 12:00 pm on the 03 August 2022. Draft orders must indicate the matter number on the front page.
4. Unrepresented parties may attend in person on the 12th floor (office 1216), where they will be assisted to join the virtual proceedings.

6. Proceedings may not be recorded by anyone other than the judge’s registrar.
