Please note:

The practice notes and short heads of argument can be forwarded in one of the following manners:
1. Emailing them by clicking on the 'submit' button on the top thereof;
2. Telefaxing them to 086 218 6735;
3. Placing them in the relevant pigeon hole at the South Gauteng High Court building.

In the event of forwarding them in one of the manners described in 1 or 2 above, please ensure that this is done before 11h00 on the relevant Friday or Monday. The notes and heads will then be filed in the pigeon hole on your behalf and an SMS will be sent to confirm such filing.

The trial notes should be telefaxed to (011) 332 8257 in terms of the Practice Manual.
